Medical Coverage
 

We participate in many medical insurance plans, including Workers' Compensation, Medicare and many PPOs, POSs, and a few HMOs.

Our doctors may not participate in the same plans. Please ask us to determine if one of our physicians participates in your plan.
  Our billing staff is available to assist patients with billing inquiries or problems Monday through Friday during regular business hours. They can be reached by calling (972) 288-4429, ext. 105. The billing staff processes electronic and paper claims and coordinates benefits with multiple insurance companies.
  Due to insurance carrier specialization with employers, we advise patients to contact member services when a procedure is being ordered or a referral is indicated, in order to obtain the proper authorization. Since our office cannot be responsible for knowledge of all insurance carriers, we must ask our patients to take the ultimate responsibility for preauthorization requirements with their insurance companies.
